Chillin' in My 30s Blu-ray Will Be Released on Monday

On Monday March 25, Crunchyroll will release the 12-part series Chillin in My 30s After Getting Fired From the Demon King's Army on Blu-ray.

The story centres on Dariel, a soldier in the Dark Lord's army who cannot use magic. Instead, he wields his intellect and initiative as an assistant to one of the Dark Lord's most trusted captains. But when the captain is summarily replaced, Dariel also loses his privileged position and is fired. In disappointment, he retires in a village of humans, getting a new start in life by using his abilities to accept requests for help.

Fumitoshi Oizaki (Romeo × Juliet) directed the series at Encourage Films. Yoshihide Yuuzumi (Onee-chan ga Kita) was the assistant director. Hitomi Amamiya (Merc Storia: The Apathetic Boy and the Girl in a Bottle handled the script and series composition. Satomi Yonezawa designed the characters. Tsubasa Ito (I'm Standing on 1,000,000 Lives.) composed the music. Hinano performed the opening theme song "Changemaker," and Akari Kitō performed the anime's ending theme song "Dear Doze Days."

Numerous Anime Limited titles are being listed online for release on March 25. However, Anime Limited itself has given few confirmations of its schedule in recent weeks, meaning that some of the titles below may be released on other dates.

Anime Limited's release of Golden Time as a Collector's Blu-ray was linked by the company's Twitter feed on March 21. The Collector's Blu-ray will include the 24 episodes of the series over three discs, as well as a 36-page booklet with character artwork.

The Golden Time anime is based on the light novel series by Yuyuko Takemiya (Toradora). The 24-episode series premiered in October 2013. The school romantic comedy revolves around Banri Tada, a college student who lost all of his memories upon graduating his high school. The story follows Banri, Kōko Kaga (a girl whose seemingly-perfect looks belies her hidden regrets), Kōko's significant other Mitsuo Yanagisawa, and other students at Banri's college in Tokyo, including Nana Hayashida, Chinami Oka, Nijigen-kun, and Nana-senpai.

Kohinata Mangetsu is a cheerful high school student who has a pretty positive outlook on life, but there was some doubt in her heart. She has nothing to call her own. Because she wasn't good at academics or sports, she dreamed of having something she was actually good at. On a night where the full moon was shining brightly, she happens to meet another girl who also has the character for "moon" in her name named Shingetsu Ernesta Hukami. That was also when she encountered the mechanical dolls called "ARMANOX."

Masaharu Watanabe (Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Memory Snow, Wakaba Girl) directed the series at Nexus (Wakaba Girl, Chivalry of a Failed Knight). Jukki Hanada (Sound! Euphonium, Love Live! School idol project, Love Live! Sunshine!!) oversaw the series scripts and Shinichirou Otsuka (Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- light novel illustrator) designed the original characters. Infinite is produced the anime. Eir Aoi performed the opening theme song "Tsuki o Ou Mayonaka" (Following the Moon in the Middle of the Night), and Uru performedthe anime's ending theme song "Negai" (Wish).

A Blu-ray edition of Science Fell in Love So I Tried to Prove It. The manga centres on Ayame Himuro and Shinya Yukimura, two scientists who are in love with each other. They want to prove that their love can be scientifically proven, quantified, and expressed factually.

Tōru Kitahata (Haganai NEXT, Hinako Note) directed the anime at Zero-G, with Kenta Ōnishi as assistant director, and Kouichirou Natsume as chief production supervisor. Rintarou Ikeda (Magical Sempai) supervised the scripts, and wrote them alongside Michiko Yokote (Shirobako, The Magnificent KOTOBUKI). Yūsuke Isouchi (One Piece) was the character designer and chief animation director. hisakuni, Shouichiro Hirata, Kaoru Ōtsuka, Shūhei Takahashi, Takuma Sogi, and Yūko Takahashi all composed the music.

A Blu-ray of the series Somali and the Forest Spirit. The manga is set in a world ruled by spirits and monsters, and where humans are persecuted and driven to the brink of extinction. In a certain forest, a golem – the guardian of the forest – and a little girl meet. Their journey as surrogate father and daughter to each other begins.

Kenji Yasuda (Macross Delta, Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens) directed the anime at Satelight (Aquarion, Macross Delta). Ikuko Ito (Princess Tutu, The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan) designed the characters.

A Collector's Blu-ray/DVD edition of Yasuhiro Yoshiura's 2014 short film Harmonie (pictured right), including a 32-page art book.The film was originally created as part of the Anime Mirai project.

Anime Limited has also recently put up X links to its Collector's Blu-ray edition of My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom (pictured right), listed for a March 25 release. It will include a 28-page booklet and four art cards. J-Novel Club is digitally publishing the source novels, and it describes the story:

"After hitting her head particularly hard one day, Duke Claes' daughter, Katarina, suddenly recalls all the memories of her past life: that of a teenage Japanese girl. Just before her untimely death, this girl recalls playing an otome game... that is exactly like the world she's living in now. She is now Katarina Claes, the antagonist of the otome game, who nastily hounded the protagonist until the end. Knowing all the possible outcomes of the game, she realizes that every single possible route ends with Katarina being murdered or exiled. In order to avoid these Catastrophic Bad Ends, she has to use her knowledge of the game and her own wiles, starting with breaking off this engagement with the prince..."

Keisuke Inoue (Ao-chan Can't Study!) directed the series at SILVER LINK. Megumi Shimizu (Butlers x Battlers, Snow White with the Red Hair) oversaw the series scripts, and Miwa Oshima (Ao-chan Can't Study!, Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts) adapted Nami Hidaka's character designs for animation. The duo angela performed the opening theme song "Shōjo no Route wa Hitotsu Janai!" (There Isn't Just One Route for a Girl!) Shōta Aoi performed the ending theme song "Bad End."

In addition, ANN was informed by finlands-beret of a message from Anime Limited on March 21. It said that Anime Limited had been informed that its stock of its Collector's Blu-ray of Kids on the Slope should arrive with its fulfilment team next week, and that all outstanding orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.
