November 5th will be an introductory meeting where we will be going over the basic construction of the conference. The meeting will work as a springboard to bring new recruits into the staffing team. Even if you have no idea what you'd like to do, please attend to hear of some possible areas where you can help out.


For those who are not in the Phoenix-Metro (East Valley) area of Arizona, but would still like to get involved with the conference, please fill out a Volunteer Form and send us an email to [email protected] stating that you would be interested in a committee position. There are positions available for individuals that specifically live in another country. We'll be updating our web site with the available positions during the month of November.
