EX Power Keepers Expansion Unleashes Potent Forces






BELLEVUE, Wash.—November 27th, 2006—Pokémon USA, Inc., a worldwide leader in the trading card game industry, today announced the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, EX Power Keepers, to be released on February 14th, 2007. The expansion features over 100 cards, including powerful Stadium cards that will lead players to build amazing new decks.



In EX Power Keepers, players will discover great powers that will challenge them to learn the secrets of the most elite Trainers ever. In addition to a wide variety of all-time favorite Pokémon, the release will also introduce new game strategies through four new Stadium cards that will have even the most experienced players testing new combos and revealing new winning tactics!





The Pokémon TCG: EX Power Keepers expansion will be available in two 60-card theme decks, Mind Game and Dark Blast, and in booster packs. Theme decks and booster packs go on sale in stores on February 14th, priced at $10.99 for the theme decks and $3.49 for the booster packs. Each booster pack features nine randomly inserted game cards. Theme decks include a unique coin, an updated rulebook, card list, a one-player playmat, and damage counters.
