December 7th, 2008 -- Upper Darby, PA -- For 6 seasons, The Asian Karaoke Idol Invitational reveled in "Rebirth", "Video Game Ecstacy", "Rhythm D-Generation X-Treme"s. For our landmark 7th season, we have decided to delve deep into the innermost recesses of Asian culture fandom & bring to you TAKII 7 ~Simply SINs"ASIAN"al~, taking place at Philadelphia, PA's The Rotunda on April 25th - 26th, 2009. "Too much of a good thing" is now replaced with "taking it to the extreme" as we celebrate the spectacles affectionately known as TAKII's "7 Deadly SINsASIANs"!
As TAKII 7 approaches, the Team TAKII Coalition will announce on the festival's official website 7 Asian entertainment enigmas attendees will have the chance to enjoy in an environment unlike anything ever experienced before. While enjoying such events as the "Asian Karaoke Idol Show", "Cosplay Battle Royale", "StepMania Shining Stars", & other classic & premier festivities, TAKII fans will get to indulge themselves in the worlds of yaoi/yuri (gay/lesbian)-themed entertainment, video gaming that expands through all generations, a re-vamped "Makenai: Fusion Charity Benefit Concert", & much more. TAKII 7 ~Simply SINs"ASIAN"al~ attendees will also be witness to the fusion festival's venue expansion, giving you twice as much space to enjoy the most intense season of TAKII in history.
