ABOUT C.Z. Storey: Caleb Storey is a writer, producer and husband living in Northern Kentucky. He is currently writing his first book about his experiences with preschoolers as an Early Childhood Development professional. The Rock and Roll Medicine Show was born when he met Eric Stuart in 2011 and the two became fast friends with a similar goal: to spread great music around the country while giving back to the community. Most days he can be found working from home or spending time with his wife, Abigail.

ABOUT Lutheran Children's Hospital: Lutheran Children's Hospital opened in 1999 as a result of several local pediatricians who envisioned bringing families throughout northeastern Indiana access to expert pediatric medical care that wouldn't require a half-day's drive to receive. Today, Lutheran Children's Hospital teams with more than 75 pediatricians practicing in 27 areas of pediatric specialty in an environment filled with imagination and color. The award-winning design of the tree house elevator, specially decorated rooms, hallways and waiting areas invite children and their families to focus on something other than the often unpleasant purpose of their visit. Lutheran Children's Hospital believes children are special people, not just small adults. Visit their website at http://www.lutheranchildrenshosp.com/

ABOUT The Embassy Theatre: Built in 1928, the historic Embassy Theatre features national productions from the Broadway stage, concerts of all musical formats, cinema, educational programming and a continued commitment to young people. For more information, visit www.fwembassytheatre.org
