BAND-MAID Announces US and UK Shows

These maids shred harder than your average leather-jacket rock star.

Better not judge a book by its cover. Despite their cute look, BAND-MAID is a Japanese hardcore rock band who play their own songs with kick-ass guitar solos and double-bass drums by themselves. Their music has been featured widely in international media, such as GuitarWorld and Metal Injection, gaining a lot of attention with the controversy between their look and sound. Their YouTube videos have been filled with comments from international audience who can't believe what they are seeing and hearing. "Japanese maids shred harder than American rockers... Reality check”, says a comment on the video for their newest song “alone”.

After their music went viral overseas, they have received offers for overseas shows, and announced that they will be performing at SakuraCon in Seattle, America in March, and at MCM London Comic Con in London, UK in October 2015.

BAND-MAID has also made a contract with major label Nippon Crown, and they will be releasing their new album “Brand New MAID” on May 18th 2016. Check out their music video for “alone” to see what is to come!
