Animanga Returns to Pomona this August 2nd – 4th

Pomona — May 21st, 2019 - The Pomona/East Los Angeles Area's premier anime and gaming convention, Animanga 2019, will be held Friday through Sunday, August 2nd – 4th at the Fairplex Exposition Complex. It will feature a huge arcade, vendors, tournaments, retro gaming consoles, special guests, tabletop games, and more.
Attendees will be able to explore over 100,000 sq ft of Exhibitors, Artist Alley tables, food vendors, and participate in events throughout the weekend convention. Autograph signings by popular industry professionals, live music and panels, as well as attendees showing off their cosplay costumes will add to the excitement of the event.
Animanga is organized by anime and gaming enthusiasts who wanted to hold a convention that represented cosplayers and gamers, with a particular focus on anime and Japanese pop culture. Dennis Gonzalez, Animanga's Marketing Director, says, “We wanted to offer a convention that focused on bringing the anime, cosplay, and gaming communities together, while also providing a fun, safe and open atmosphere for everyone to enjoy, for all ages.”
