BL Garden Launches Convention for BL+ Fans Everywhere
Announcement for a virtual BL+ convention
DALLAS, TX - June 24, 2020 - BL Garden of DFW is pleased to announce the launch of FujoCon, a BL+, 18+ virtual con designed to bring fans together to celebrate what they love as we social distance to stop the spread of COVID-19.
FujoCon aims to provide an adult con experience where you can enjoy panels, art, cosplay, and everything you appreciate about conventions, all while being at home. Panels, games, watch parties, and the cosplay contest will be hosted via Zoom, Twitch, and Discord. The theme for this year's convention is “Ship and let ship” to celebrate free expression and joy in fandom!
FujoCon is pleased to announce partnerships with Tapas, futekiya, Right Stuf Anime, Funimation, Sublime, Renta!, JAST BLUE, and Ertal Games. Announced guests include BL mangaka Ayu Yamane, Nacolat, Hana, Kobuchi, and Tachibana; authors Amy Tasukada, Adrienne Wilder, and Maz Maddox; BL academics Dr. Thomas Baudinette, Khursten Santos, and James Welker; anime commentator and singer Cristal Marie; and cosplayers KingKitsu, Toastie, and Velours Requiem.
In addition to cosplay, panels, and watch parties, FujoCon will be offering prizes for interactive games and select panels.
FujoCon sets sail July 10th at 5:30 CST and ends July 12th at 8:00 p.m. CST. Register now to ensure you are eligible to receive prizes and access NSFW panels.
