For over 30 years, Dave Rodgers has been synonymous with the ‘SUPER EUROBEAT’ series, also known as ‘SEB’, which has been a mainstay of the genre since the establishment of major Japanese record label avex. Now, the King of Eurobeat, as this leading ‘SEB’ artist/producer is known to his fans, has released a new music video on avex's YouTube channel.

The music video features three of Rodgers' biggest hit songs ‘SPACE BOY’, ‘DEJA VU’ and ‘BEAT OF THE RISING SUN’, which were also included in the anime series ‘Initial D’. The video follows a Toyota AE86 car, nicknamed the Hachi-Roku, running on a metropolitan expressway at night. Evoking the feeling of speed associated with Eurobeat while showing something different than the street races or winding mountain roads that we might usually expect, it's a whole new visual style for the genre.
