A Cave King’s Road to Paradise: Climbing to the Top with My Almighty Mining Skills!
This one already has volume 1 out for purchase, and J-Novel is releasing chapters of volume 2. A prince, very low in the royal rankings, has a magical crest he is unable to use, and is thus treated very poorly and eventually exiled to a distant barren island to die a slow death. No Wilson's here. The Prince discovers his Cave King's crest actually works on this island and he is able to mine things easily and finds a way to survive on this island. Eventually, he gains friends and allies with some monster survivors wash up on his island. This is more of a feel good light novel than anything else, a manga has also been released. I like the series for what it is, and intend to keep reading. |
