The organizers of Anime Matsuri announced Wednesday that J-Pop band Flow will be performing at Anime Matsuri 2012 in The Woodlands, Texas. The band is tentatively scheduled to perform on Saturday, April 7 at 11:00 p.m. The five members of Flow will be celebrating their 10th anniversary together, as well as the digital release of their newest album Black & White. Anime Matsuri 2012 will run from April 6 to April 8 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriot Hotel and Convention Center.

Flow previously performed at both Anime Central in Illinois and FanimeCon's 2011 MusicFest in Northern California for the second year in a row last May. The band also performed at the "Naruto World Tour Japan Convention" event last month to celebrate Bandai Namco Games' shipment of 10 million Naruto video games. The band members were even animated themselves for a bonus extra DVD included with the April 13 album, Flow Anime Best.

Since coming together in 1993, Flow has performed theme songs for Naruto, Naruto Shippūden, Code Geass, Eureka Seven, Persona -trinity soul-, and Heroman. Flow has performed the theme songs "GO!!!" and "Re:member" for the Naruto anime, "Summer Freak" for the Naruto ~Shounen Hen~ re-airing of the original Naruto television anime, and "Sign" for the Naruto Shippūden series.
