Yumi Kamakura returns to direct series set at another Wagnaria restaurant

The official Twitter account for the anime adaptations of Karino Takatsu's Working!! manga series announced on Saturday that the manga's web comic edition, Web-ban Working!!, will get a television anime adaptation. The anime will be titled WWW.WORKING.

An official website opened and began streaming a promotional video.

In the video, Hana gets excited that they will be moving in the anime version, but Daisuke points out that they are already moving.

Yumi Kamakura (Wagnaria!!3) is directing the anime at A-1 Pictures.

The anime cast members, all of whom are returning from a drama CD that shipped with the third volume, include:

Web-ban Working!! is a four-panel manga that takes place at another Wagnaria!! location. In the story, Daisuke Higashida gets a job at the restaurant because of family financial difficulties, but no one who works there is normal.

Takatsu posted the web manga on her own official website and Square Enix is publishing the series into compiled volumes. The limited edition third volume bundled a drama CD, as will the limited edition fourth and fifth volumes, which will ship on September 24 and December 24, respectively.

Takatsu serialized her Working!! manga in Shonen Gangan from 2005 to 2014, and it already inspired three television anime seasons. Crunchyroll streamed all three series as they aired in Japan, and NISA licensed and released the first two seasons in North America under the title Wagnaria!!. Aniplex of America is releasing the third season.
