Ali Project Celebrates Their 25th Anniversary with a Brand New Best Album
TOKYO, JAPAN - 04/03/2017 - ALI PROJECT have captivated broad fan base with the innovative melody arrangement, poetic lyrics, dark rock style music, and of course… their sensual gothic look. They've combined glamorous ballad, pop, Japanese rock and contemporary art in their music. On March 29, they released their 25th anniversary single “HimikoGaiden” and held an audience. During the audience, they announced the release of their brand new best album in the upcoming June and their tour dates in 2017. Year 2017 will be an active year for ALI PROJECT, both in and outside of Japan!

ABOUT ALI PROJECT
ALI PROJECT is Arika Takarano (Lyrics and Vocal) and Mikiya Katakura (Composer and Arrangement). ALI
PROJECT debuted from Toshiba EMI with the single “Koi-seyo otome” in July 1992. Since 1992, the pair has
charmed audiences with their uniqueness. They are known for their one and only original melody and music
arrangement as well as poetic lyrics and strong visuals. ALI PROJECT has contributed their unique sound to
many anime titles like Seishoujyo Ryouiki (Domain of the Holy Girls Theme song from Rozen Maiden) and
Yushoku Seishunka (Chivalrous Youth Song Theme song from Code Geass). In addition, they can also be heard
performing in the following titles The Girl Who Leapt Through Space, Code Geass: Lelouch of the
Rebellion, .hack//G.U. Returner, .hack//Roots, Avenger, Noir, Marmalade Boy, Clamp School Detectives,
